Join amo, a startup focused on reinventing social apps. As a Product Designer, you'll be responsible for architecting core UX flows, developing signature interactions, and maintaining a flexible design system. You'll work closely with engineering and across multiple platforms. The position is based in Paris, with a focus on collaboration and creativity.
Responsibilities
- Crafting signature interaction patterns, infusing motion in places to disentangle sticky flows and breathe life into our products
- Embedding yourself in our design team and continually evolving our best practices for translating feature concepts into scalable UX and beautiful interfaces
- Acting as a bridge between design with engineering and working across multiple platforms and surfaces (iOS, Android, web)
- Making ideas tangible early in the process, using prototypes to quickly test big, ambitious product ideas
- Firing up your creative instincts and contributing to our collective imagination
Requirements
- Hands-on, and care deeply about your craft
- Experience designing a mobile app, ideally consumer-facing, even better if you’ve worked on consumer social products
- Obsessive about small details and visual finesse; you sweat the 1px difference and care about every transition
- Mastery of modern design and prototyping tools and an appetite to acquire new skills
- Curious, self-directed, and excited by the ambiguity of early product work
- Comfortable communicating and collaborating in English (our working language)
