Join BayRock Labs as a Senior Product Designer to work on groundbreaking projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and solve complex problems.
Responsibilities
- Design for both employees and customers
- Collaborate with teams across the company—from shop floors to product teams
- Use visuals to align teams and drive progress
- Turn ideas into designs and refine them through feedback
- Help shape product plans, service strategies, and tools
- Build clear, compelling presentations that explain your design thinking
- Help plan and run Design Thinking sessions to align teams and spark ideas
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in design research, service design, or systems thinking
- Comfortable starting from scratch and figuring things out as you go
- Ability to zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in to work on the details
- Strong communication skills to bring different teams together around a shared vision
- Experience in the automotive world or other complex service industries (bonus)
- Familiarity with internal tools and systems that support employee workflows (bonus)
