Gong is seeking a Senior Product Designer to drive user experience and design for key product areas, focusing on innovative solutions and user needs.
Responsibilities
- Drive user experience and design of one of Gong’s key product areas
- Develop concepts - brainstorm and create wireframes
- Deliver detailed design
- Act as the user advocate - embed user-centered design principles
- Work together with the product team and engineers to bring experiences to life
- Help develop, manage, and refine UI pattern libraries and guidelines
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated results in designing flows, experiences, and UI for web and mobile products, preferably B2B
- Proficient in both rapid and high-fidelity prototyping tools
- Highly creative self-starter with a balance between the big picture and details
- Skilled problem solver with experience in user research methodologies and testing practices
- Proficient with Figma and other design tools (advantage)
- Degree in Design, Human Factor Engineering, Cognitive/Applied Psychology (advantage)
- Team player with great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- High level of verbal and written English
- Portfolio of recent work
