Senior Product Designer - Product Analytics

Senior Product Designer needed for Datadog's Product Analytics team to create intuitive analytics experiences for less technical users.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product managers, engineers, and other designers to understand user interactions with analytics tools
• Improve and scale existing experiences, design new features and workflows
• Work within and contribute to Datadog’s design system
• Create user flows, wireframes, and detailed visual designs
• Bring ideas to life through interaction design and prototyping, validate with user testing and behavioral data
• Collaborate with designers across teams and stakeholders from Marketing and Product

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time experience in B2B product design, ideally for analytics or data-heavy products
• Strong eye for visual design and micro-interactions
• Comfortable working within a design system
• Experience turning research insights and customer data into product opportunities
• Strong communicator and natural collaborator
• Portfolio with a proven track record of shipping intuitive web experiences
• Curiosity, analytical skills, and motivation to solve complex product challenges
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Principle, Framer, Sketch, Figma, InVision)
• Ability to give and receive feedback
