As a Principal Product Designer at Lodgify, you'll lead the design strategy and create end-to-end solutions for customer experiences, leveraging Design Thinking and user research.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design strategy for the Customer Experience area.
- Drive a culture of problem-solving through ideation, prototyping, and iterative validation.
- Work iteratively, test early and frequently, and deliver value early.
- Translate research insights into clear, user-focused problem statements.
- Map and refine end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
- Generate innovative solutions through brainstorming, prototyping, and co-creation workshops.
- Lead concept testing and A/B testing to validate value creation and inform iteration.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing end-to-end experiences in a complex product environment.
- Passion for customer-centricity and a track record of impactful solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a customer-obsessed team.
- Visual thinker with strong UX and interaction design skills.
- Ability to turn research insights and business needs into design solutions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Empathy, adaptability, and passion for user experience.
- Mastery of design tools like Figma and understanding of design systems and accessibility principles.
