Product Design role at Stepful to build intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches in healthcare training programs.
Responsibilities
- Design rich, intuitive experiences for students, instructors, and coaches
- Be involved in project prioritization, research, writing jobs to be done, mapping user flows, creating wireframes, prototyping, and designing high-fidelity UI
- Leverage quantitative and qualitative data to guide design decisions
- Collaborate with product, engineering, growth, and operations teams
- Own and mature the design system
Requirements
- 8+ years of work experience with a focus on product design and UI across a variety of platforms
- Deep understanding of digital product technology and collaboration with engineering
- Ability to context switch and apply various product design skills
- Experience leading user research and building relationships with multiple teams
Key Skills
- Product thinking, visual design, and system steward skills
- Experience with design thinking, design strategy, user problem definition, information architecture, service design
- Experience with A/B testing or other experiment/data-driven product development
