Senior Product Designer at Hubvisory in Lille, responsible for product discovery and design for large clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct product discovery processes (user interviews, focus groups, benchmarking)
- Establish functional product vision (elevator pitch, story mapping, site mapping, feature-by-feature workshops)
- Design product phases (sprints, wireframing, high-fidelity prototyping for desktop, mobile, app)
- Implement and improve Design Thinking / Lean UX methods and agile ceremonies in the design team
- Facilitate ideation and brainstorming workshops with various stakeholders
- Set up and structure a Design System with client development teams
- Participate in functional and technical specifications
- Document and share a continuous discovery process with clients
- Mentorship and continuous training
Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience as a Product Designer in varied environments
- Passion for new technologies, digital, and innovation
- Energetic and natural in client contact
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Desire to learn and acquire new knowledge
- Rigour and analytical finesse
