Join Mistral AI, a pioneering company in the AI industry. As a Product Designer, you will play a key role in shaping our vision and delivering user-friendly product experiences. You will work alongside a dynamic team of designers, product managers, software engineers, and research scientists. This position is based in Paris, France.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end design process from user research and ideation to prototyping and delivery
- Translate vision, brand, and core values into user interfaces
- Define scalable design systems, principles, patterns, and documentation
- Continuously test, measure, and refine prototypes
- Rapidly iterate prototype ideas using code and no-code methods
- Work within a lean UX environment to prototype, test, and refine ideas
- Get a deep understanding of users, uncover unmet needs, and identify opportunities
- Drive user research and iterative design
- Partner with designers, product managers, software engineers, and research scientists
- Introduce design solutions clearly to stakeholders
- Tackle systems-level problems with numerous interconnected constraints
- Find creative ways to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced startup environment
- Build intuitive tooling for product rollout
- Remove enterprise adoption barriers through design
- Contribute to the development of a state-of-the-art design system
- Design intuitive and scalable self-serve solutions
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Design including UX design, UX research, UI design, motion design, project management, 0-to-1 products, front-end development, product marketing
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe suite, and understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JS)
- Self-starter with results-oriented, resourceful, innovative, intellectually curious, and risk-taking attitude
- No ego and highly committed to delivery
- Highly collaborative and able to balance multiple projects and stakeholders
- Professional behavior with personal accountability, drive, and strong work ethics
- Target-driven, detail-oriented, and approachable with ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
