Senior Product Designer

Senior Product Designer at Pictarine in Toulouse, responsible for product design and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Discover opportunities by exploring client problems
• Involved in the entire design process: ideation, iteration, implementation details
• Work with PM and user researchers to identify opportunities
• Facilitate design workshops, reviews, and journey mapping
• Create high-level concepts and prototypes
• Produce and present high-fidelity mockups and prototypes
• Conduct user testing with user researchers
• Ensure good design implementation with developers
• Contribute to the Design System by creating and maintaining components and rules

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in B2C product design
• Strong proficiency in Figma, including complex animations
• Attention to detail and ability to see the big picture
• Problem-solving skills and ability to understand and resolve complex issues
• Data and business culture understanding
• Interest in UX copywriting
• Strong presentation and storytelling skills
• Fluent English for communication with American clients
• Mastery of Figma and another graphic design tool
