Product Designer Senior (secteur bancaire)

Maximize user experience value for large banking clients in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Advance with client teams to understand business objectives and propose design approaches.
• Collect user data (journey analysis, user interviews, shadowing) and present to teams.
• Contribute to product roadmap and vision with client teams.
• Use client culture and user data to guide UX reflections.
• Facilitate design and co-creation workshops with stakeholders.
• Propose user journeys in the form of zoning, wireframes, or other representations.
• Iterate with IT, legal, development, and data teams for feasibility.
• Design UI on Figma for refined user experiences.
• Use components from a Design System.
• Prototype different user journeys.
• Write and conduct user test protocols.
• Collaborate closely with development teams for front-end development tracking.

Requirements

• Master's Degree from a university, business school, or engineering school.
• At least 7 years of experience as a Product Designer, with 4 years in B2C products.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Good understanding of accessibility and inclusivity principles in design.
• Ability to combine UX and UI skills for holistic product design.
• Clarity in presenting design choices to various teams.
• Experience with Agile methods (SCRUM, Lean UX, Design thinking, etc.).
• Curiosity about digital trends and technologies.
• Openness to feedback and iteration.
• Strong presentation skills and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English for international contexts.
