Senior Product Designer position at Hubvisory in Paris, offering remote work and a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Realize product Discovery process (user interviews, focus groups, benchmarking)
- Establish the functional vision of the product (elevator pitch, story mapping, site mapping, feature-by-feature workshops)
- Design product phases (sprint design, wireframing, prototyping)
- Implement and improve Design Thinking / Lean UX methods and agile ceremonies in the design team
- Facilitate ideation and brainstorming sessions with various stakeholders
- Set up and structure a Design System with client development teams
- Participate in functional and technical specifications
- Document and share a continuous Discovery process with clients
Requirements
- 4 à 6 years of experience as a Product Designer in varied environments
- Passion for new technologies, digital, and innovation
- Energetic and natural in client contact
- Autonomy and problem-solving skills
- Desire to learn and adapt in a fast-evolving field
- Rigorous and detailed analytical skills
