Senior Product Designer (f/m/x)

As a Senior Product Designer (UX/UI), you will enhance the end-user experience for Atolls' Revenue Growth and Enablement tribe by contributing to product improvements and design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support product decisions by leveraging qualitative and quantitative research
• Tackle diverse design problems, both large and small
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate on existing features and develop new ones
• Provide fresh, validated insights and propose new concepts and user experience improvements
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and other design artifacts
• Design tailored app solutions
• Test design approaches with real users through interviews and generate actionable insights
• Work with a global team to create and optimize internal processes and communication
• Collaborate with developers and designers to evolve the Design System

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products
• A strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work
• Experience conducting user research to validate and deliver effective design solutions
• Familiarity with domains such as e-commerce, advertising and tracking
• Proven experience building and maintaining a design system
• Mindset focused on designing responsive, scalable systems
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma
• Familiarity with front-end engineering
• Comfort with receiving and providing constructive feedback
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
