Responsibilities
- Conceive elegant, functional, and consistent interfaces with the design system
- Participate in all product phases: discovery, prototyping, user tests
- Work closely with the Product Manager, CTO, and developers
- Ensure global product coherence (UX + UI)
- Challenge ideas, bring your vision, refine user journeys
- Evolve the existing design system
Requirements
- Intermediate level with experience in design
- Comfortable with rapid cycles, direct feedback, and frequent iterations
- Ownership mindset, seeking to understand and make things work
- Curious, rigorous, and creative
- Empathetic, placing user experience at the core of decisions
