Responsibilities
- Design and refine user experiences, ensuring interfaces are both elegant and effective
- Work closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex challenges into intuitive solutions
- Lead research and discovery efforts, ensuring user insights shape product decisions
- Strengthen and evolve the Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability
- Advocate for design at a strategic level, embedding a strong design culture across teams
- Optimize design processes and improve execution quality
- Mentor and support the design team, sharing best practices and elevating design craftsmanship
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role, particularly in SaaS B2B products
- User-driven mindset with a clear vision of the target audience
- Strong craftsmanship mindset, balancing speed and quality
- Systems thinking to ensure coherence across user flows and business constraints
- Data-driven approach, blending research, analytics, and strategy
- Clear communication skills to align cross-functional teams around user-centered solutions
- Proactive attitude, constantly looking for opportunities to improve workflows and processes
