Join Pennylane, a fast-growing fintech company in France, as a Senior Product Designer for the mobile team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our mobile application, conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, designing intuitive interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting design reviews, and contributing to the Mobile Design System. You should have experience in product design for mobile applications, thrive on solving complex problems, and enjoy collaborating with others.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research: Engage in user interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Create wireframes and prototypes: Use tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD
- Design intuitive and visually appealing interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with dedicated developers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct design reviews: Participate in design critiques and provide constructive feedback
- Conduct usability testing: Plan and execute usability tests
- Contribute to the Mobile Design System: Build and maintain components for the Mobile Design System
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in French and proficiency in English
- Experience in product design for mobile applications, specifically in a B2B context
- Comfortable effectively communicating design concepts and future directions to senior stakeholders
