Senior Front-End Developer F/H

Join Skillup, a company dedicated to transforming the HR tech landscape with innovative solutions. As a Senior Front-End Developer, you will work closely with two senior Product Designers to shape the future of Skillup's user interfaces and experiences. You will own the technical implementation of the design system, explore and implement AI-enhanced features, and act as a liaison between design and engineering teams. You should have 6+ years of experience as a front-end engineer, extensive experience with React or a similar front-end library, and a passion for modern UI/UX.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior product designers to conceptualize, prototype, and implement innovative UI/UX solutions
• Own the technical implementation of the design system, enforce consistency, document it, and train engineers
• Explore, prototype, and implement cutting-edge AI-enhanced features
• Act as a liaison between design and engineering teams
• Help designers create a monitoring strategy and provide tooling to feature teams

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a front-end engineer
• Extensive work with React or a similar front-end library
• Built and owned proprietary design systems
• Solid skills in JavaScript, React, and CSS
• Experience with accessibility and performance
• Comfortable managing and evolving design systems
• Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Framer, Storybook)
• Interest in AI-enhanced UX features
