AI & Automation Engineer to drive innovation and automate internal processes at Infolegale in Lyon with remote work options.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI models, design and train custom language models (LLM), set up RAG pipelines, develop autonomous AI agent architectures, implement rigorous evaluation protocols, contribute to internal process automation, identify and evaluate automation levers, design, prototype, and deploy automated workflows, collaborate with business teams to identify and co-construct AI solutions, sensitize and support teams on new usages, track automation impact, measure real gains (productivity, reliability, quality), and iterate for maximum value creation.
Requirements
- Bac+4/Bac+5 degree in computer science, data science, or related field with a strong interest in technical challenges and continuous learning.
- Successful experience in generative AI and agentic AI, delivering robust solutions in production with measurable business impact.
- Mastery of automation and workflow orchestration tools (Make, n8n, etc.), choosing the right approach based on context.
- Solid programming skills (Python, SQL) and good understanding of data frameworks and tools.
- Critical thinking, curiosity, ability to question existing approaches, identify biases, and propose innovative, pragmatic solutions.
- Teamwork skills, effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders, comfort in iterative, fast-paced cycles.
- Quick understanding of business needs and design of concrete, relevant, and operational solutions.
