Design System Manager to lead the evolution and adoption of Design Systems for clients, ensuring consistent and scalable user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Define the vision and objectives of the Design System aligned with business goals
- Manage and evolve the Design System library, creating, prioritizing, improving, and maintaining components
- Ensure adoption and consistency of the Design System across product and design teams
- Evangelize and acculturate teams on Design System best practices and UX/UI principles
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and synergy between design and development
- Structure and enrich documentation for smooth adoption and optimal use of the Design System
- Participate in agency life and development, animating workshops, and creating content to promote product passion
Requirements
- Experience as a Design System Manager with 3 years minimum
- Strategic vision and ability to align Design System with business and product objectives
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders
- Analytical and methodical approach to measure and optimize Design System adoption
- Mastery of Atomic design and Figma
- Good knowledge of iOS and Android environments
- Understanding of accessibility standards
- Experience with Design Tokens
- Change management skills
- Fluent in English
