Join Betclic, a leading European sports betting company, as a Lead Product Designer for Gaming. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and optimizing user experiences across our Poker and Casino products. You will lead a team of designers, develop captivating experiences, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in mobile gaming.
Responsibilities
- Define and implement a strategic vision for gaming products
- Ensure smooth and consistent user experience across all platforms
- Lead and support a team of designers
- Create playful and engaging experiences
- Continuously improve design processes and drive innovation
- Design captivating experiences for Poker and Casino games
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and interactive interfaces
- Craft micro-interactions and animations
- Integrate motion design elements
- Work closely with Product, Tech, and Creative teams
- Advocate for design decisions to internal stakeholders
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in product design, including 3 years in a similar leadership role
- Minimum 5 years of experience designing mobile apps in entertainment or mobile gaming
- Natural leadership skills and proven success in team management
- Highly organized and able to provide strategic direction
- Expertise in gamification, game mechanics, and immersive experiences for games of chance
- Experience designing progression systems, reward systems, and engaging interactions
- High proficiency with design tools like Figma
- Strong skills in prototyping, design systems, and UI creation
- Great communication and mentoring skills
- Fluency in English
