Graphic Design Intern

Join our team as a Graphic Design Intern, where you will collaborate with various departments on a range of visual communication projects. You will be responsible for designing and managing visual layouts for communication materials, creating floor plans for events, and designing signage and merchandising materials. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for graphic design and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with all departments (Sales, Marketing, Scientific, Editorial) on visual communication projects.
• Liaise with graphic suppliers.
• Design and manage visual layouts for communication materials (newsletters, flyers, catalogs, banner ads, social media graphics, etc.).
• Create floor plans for events, including circulation flow, booth layout, and exhibition furniture placement.
• Design signage, booth visuals, printed & digital documents, and other merchandising material for events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design.
• Fluent in French and English (native or C1/C2 level).
• Knowledge of graphic design techniques and media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), Canva, and PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of AI tools like MidJourney.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and motion design is a plus.
• Good eye for composition and passion for creative content and print layouts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and collaborate with different teams.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working in a Mac environment.

Key Skills
