Lead UX/UI – Produit SaaS Comptable

Lead UX/UI for Inqom's SaaS accounting product, ensuring user experience consistency and quality across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Structure the overall design approach (design system, navigation principles), promote UX culture, and identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise, coach, and develop the UI Designer, organizing and prioritizing their work.
• Participate in user research (interviews, tests) and prototype key interfaces at various scales (flows, wireframes, UI mockups).
• Ensure a robust design system evolves with developers and maintain a seamless user experience across the product.

Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in UX/UI, including experience in lead design or team management.
• Experience with complex products (SaaS B2B, business software, data analysis tools).
• Proficiency in design tools like Figma.
• Strong pedagogical skills, structured approach, and a keen sense of utility and readability.
• Interest in the accounting or regulatory sector is a plus.
