Lead UX/UI F/H

Lead UX/UI Designer at Auchan, a retail company in Villeneuve-d'Ascq, responsible for digital interfaces and user experience.

Responsibilities

• Pilot global vision and cross-interface consistency: develop and evolve UI/UX of Auchan digital brand devices, improve DesignOps methodology
• Pilot UI and design system: pilot UI and design system and UX principles consistency, collaborate with Project Managers
• Plan and budget resources: respect budget, validate and negotiate external provider rates, choices, and recommendations, optimize service for fluid, planned production, define team reinforcement providers
• Decline brand platform: define design system, UX writing, and emotional design vision CX, maintain user, client, and brand experience evolution
• Implement new UX/UI concepts: drive deployable and innovative concepts
• Anticipate design and technology trends: perform continuous research, provide UX/UI R&D advice, ensure chart and process documents for good deliverability
• Develop team skills: develop individual and collective expertise, ensure business excellence
• Ensure performance: respect brand identity in UX/UI productions and user experience, ensure production industrialization and enrichment

Requirements

• Bac+3/5 in web design, communication digital, or multimedia with specialization in ergonomie and UX Design
• Senior experience in design, at least 3 years as studio head or team production leader for e-commerce
• Experience in e-commerce project management and team management
• Experience in digital marketing communication project management
