Join Thales, a global leader in high technologies. As Product Design Authority, you will be responsible for modernizing engineering workshops across the entire Thales group. You will consolidate workshop requirements, coordinate solution and enterprise architects, build and implement the engineering workshop transformation roadmap, and support LAS entities for proof of concepts and deployments.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate workshop needs of LAS entities, ensuring end-to-end coherence between engineering disciplines
• Coordinate solution architects and enterprise architects to define end-to-end workshop engineering solutions and validate them
• Consolidate solution choice tree for LAS, in line with Thales group solutions (TCE, TDF, DSI, etc.)
• Build and apply the LAS transformation roadmap of engineering workshops, piloting maturity evaluations of solutions
• Support LAS entities for proof of concept and deployments

Requirements

• De formation supérieure (niveau Bac+5)
• Familiarity with engineering disciplines (system, software, material design)
• Mastery of IS/IT technologies, including cloud approaches and associated regulations
• Experience with performance, robustness, maintainability, and cybersecurity of systems
• Ability to establish a vision of different actors and contextualize perspectives
• Mastery of Concept, Design, Experimentation, Simulation, and modeling tools (MBSE)
• Experience with Agile methods and co-engineering (Lean Thinking, Obeya)
• Ability to manage interactions with different LAS domains and group entities
• Ability to establish and implement a technical vision by federating key actors
• Ability to manage complexity
