Listen too is hiring a Senior UX Designer in Montpellier to develop strategic digital products, with occasional remote work allowed.
Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze user needs, providing adapted solutions
- Document and write Design System documentation with integrators and UI designers through UX research
- Ensure consistency of components and journey rules across all squads
- Collaborate closely with product teams, developers, and other designers for solution feasibility and digital accessibility
- Conduct user tests to analyze and validate Design System components
- Participate in Design Reviews with Lead UX to validate components and journeys according to established rules
- Continuously improve interfaces based on user feedback and performance indicators (KPIs)
- Document and present work to facilitate understanding and adoption by stakeholders
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience as a UX Designer, ideally in Design Systems
- Expert in Figma
- Mastery of digital accessibility rules
- Ability to take on a UX design leadership role
- Collaborative and adaptable
- Active listening and project management skills
