Senior Game Designer W/M/D

Senior Game Designer at Million Victories to design and balance gameplay systems for a competitive F2P MMORTS game.

Responsibilities

• Drive game's core pillars with ownership and leadership
• Craft structured Game Design Documents
• Design and balance core systems
• Ensure UX vision of designed features
• Analyze player data and KPIs
• Lead competitive benchmarking efforts
• Champion player voice
• Run and document internal playtests
• Collaborate closely with UX, development, and product teams

Requirements

• 10+ years of game design experience, ideally on mobile F2P and live-operated core games
• Proven expertise in system balancing and designing reward/progression mechanics
• Strong writing skills
• Comfort with data dashboards and KPI analysis
• Solid understanding of UX principles applied to game systems
• Familiarity with prototyping tools or game engines (bonus)
• Fluency in French and English
