Join our digital team as a Product Designer. You will participate in the development of innovative projects, interact with multiple design stakeholders, conduct UX/UI audits, define personas and user journeys, facilitate creative and collaborative workshops, and influence sponsors and business managers. You will work in an Agile context and be proactive in your approach. At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI is required, as well as proficiency in project management tools and fluent English.
Responsibilities
- Participate in innovative project development
- Interact with various stakeholders (PO, PM, Data, Dev, UX/UI)
- Conduct user interviews and observations
- Perform UX/UI audits of existing tools
- Define personas, user journeys, and experience models
- Facilitate creative and collaborative workshops (Design Thinking)
- Influence sponsors and business leads
- Work in an Agile context using collective intelligence and exploration
Requirements
- Experience: > 5 years
- Education: Master's Degree
- Project management skills
