Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product Owner and Yahya Fallah on user needs analysis and roadmap structuring
- Design user journeys and interfaces
- Maintain and evolve the Design System
- Participate in QA testing phases
- Lead and mentor the design team
- Pilot design roadmap and resource allocation
- Optimize design processes
- Ensure smooth collaboration between design, Product Owner, and developers
Requirements
- Experience: 3 to 5 years in Product Design
- Portfolio showing projects with complex problem-solving
- Prioritization skills
- Collaboration with developers
- Figma proficiency
- Solid design visual skills
- Tech and design trend awareness
- Experience with SaaS, business tools, cross-platform apps, or AI features (preferred)
