Senior Product Designer - Convert role at Accor Tech & Digital, focusing on optimizing the booking funnel for hospitality services in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Responsibilities

• Define and justify a multichannel and intuitive digital experience with product teams
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Product Managers, and User Researchers to investigate and clarify user expectations
• Advocate for the right approach within squads and facilitate team work
• Transition from fluid ideas to robust prototypes
• Ensure smooth and high-quality delivery by supporting the product team
• Streamline Design workflows
• Contribute to improving practices and team efficiency
• Promote Accor's product design both internally and externally

Requirements

• > 4 years of experience
• Continuous improvement skills
• Presentation skills
• Usability testing
• Interviewing
• Communication skills
• Graduated from a top engineering or business school or specialized Master’s degree in Design
• Collaborative and effective communication
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in user experience design
• Mastery of methodologies and tools related to Product Design
• At least 6 years of successful experience as a Product Designer
• Professional background in B2C and e-commerce environments
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Empathy, active listening, and pedagogical approach
• Proficient in Figma and familiar with using a Design System
• Fluent in English
