Join NEXTON, a dynamic company in full growth. As a Product Designer, you will be involved in all stages of design, from understanding user needs to creating prototypes and visuals. You will work closely with Product Owners and developers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Intervene at all stages of design
- Identify user needs to meet their expectations
- Set up workshops using UX methods (audits, experience map, card sorting...)
- Follow user journey data to formulate solution hypotheses and create wireframes
- Create dynamic UX prototypes and test them with users
- Deliver visuals respecting a Design System from Low Fi to Hi Fi
- Master creation graphic software for interface modeling
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in UX/UI Design
- Knowledge of UX and UI methods
- Understanding of Design Thinking
- Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, XD, and Adobe suite
- Ability to communicate and work in agile mode with Product Owners, Metiers, and Developers
