UI Designer H/F

Join NEXTON, a dynamic company recruiting a UI Designer on a permanent contract in Lyon. As a UI Designer, you will work closely with UX Designers, Product Owners, and Developers on existing interfaces and new user journeys. You will design and enhance the graphic interface, participate in a major graphic redesign, ensure responsive design compliant with Web and Mobile UI standards, ensure interface accessibility and ergonomics, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and enrich graphical interfaces using Design System and Sub Design System components
• Participate in a major graphic redesign with creative potential
• Ensure responsive design and compliance with UI Web and Mobile standards
• Ensure accessibility and ergonomics of interfaces
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (UX, dev, PO, marketing...)
• Use reference UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Zeplin...)
• Apply and enrich Atomic Design principles

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in UI Design
• Ability to guide and orient teams
• Experience in taking on projects, providing strategic vision, and responding to stakeholders' questions
• Stay updated on design trends and technological advancements
• Effective collaboration with UX Designers, UI Designers, and Developers
• Challenging design capabilities
