As a Product Designer, you will be at the heart of building the Steeple experience, designing features that are usable, useful, and desirable. You will participate in all stages of the product cycle, from understanding user needs to production delivery.
Responsibilities
- Mener des entretiens utilisateurs, tests d’usage, analyses de feedback
- Identifier les irritants, les usages clés et les opportunités d’amélioration
- Concevoir des parcours utilisateurs fluides et cohérents
- Proposer des solutions fonctionnelles et accessibles à des problématiques concrètes
- Créer des interfaces élégantes, alignées avec notre design system
- Collaborer à l’évolution et à la documentation du design system avec l’équipe
- Réaliser des wireframes, maquettes et prototypes interactifs
- Organiser des tests utilisateurs pour affiner les solutions
- Travailler en duo avec les PM pour cadrer les features
- Assurer un design-to-dev fluide (handoff, accompagnement, QA visuelle)
- Participer aux rituels agiles (sprint, démo, retro)
