- Create user personas

- Adapt projects to align with company image
- Specify projects as developer-ready mockups
- Measure the effectiveness of improvements
Requirements
- > 5 years of UX/UI Design experience
- Master's Degree in UX/UI Design
- Knowledge of product creation methodologies like Design Thinking, Design Sprint
