UX Designer position at NEXTON in Bordeaux, offering remote work and a permanent contract.
Responsibilities
- Intervene in all key steps of Design Thinking from empathy to testing
- Conduct user research including audits, focus groups, and user analysis
- Create benchmarks for competitive analysis
- Facilitate ideation and co-design workshops
- Define information architecture, create wireframes, and interactive prototypes
- Conduct user tests and propose interface improvements
Requirements
- > 4 years of UX Design experience
- Knowledge of agile methodologies
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure
- Understanding of UX principles and ergonomics
- Strong communication skills
