Lead Product Designer

En tant que Lead Product Designer, vous serez responsable de la vision produit en matière de design, de l'évolution du design system, de la recherche utilisateur, du leadership et du mentorat. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes produit et technique pour garantir une expérience utilisateur exceptionnelle.

Responsibilities

• Craft Product Vision: Define and evolve the product vision in terms of design to ensure engagement, pleasure, and long-term consistency. Align the design vision with company objectives and user expectations.
• Shape the System: Evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and rapid design within the company. Maintain a flexible and adaptable component base to meet growing needs.
• User Research (Lead user research): Conduct workshops, interviews, and user tests to collect significant insights and guide product design. Analyze feedback and adjust features to meet real user needs.
• Leadership and Mentoring: Lead, inspire, and grow the design team by fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Promote an innovation and knowledge-sharing culture within the team.
• Definition and Scoping of Design Projects: Collaborate with product teams and stakeholders to identify user needs and design opportunities. Decompose projects into clear and deliverable features, respecting short development cycles (6 weeks). Evaluate technical and human constraints and propose adapted solutions.
• Planning and Prioritization: Define design priorities, align objectives with business needs and technical constraints. Organize design deliverables based on priorities and product objectives.
• Supervision of Design Development: Ensure the proper execution of design throughout the development cycle in close collaboration with technical teams. Adjust details and integration of designs based on technical feedback.
• Testing and Iteration: Organize user tests and adjust designs based on feedback to improve user experience. Continuously iterate to meet changing needs and improve product quality.
• Performance Tracking and Reporting: Measure the impact of design choices with clear KPIs. Report project evolution, user tests, and their impact to internal stakeholders.
• Innovation and Design Vision: Monitor market trends and user needs to guide product design strategy. Propose new ideas and features to improve user experience and value added.

Requirements

• Senior Product Designer experienced, ideally in a scale-up or a startup in strong growth, with experience on impactful products.
• Expert in user research, transforming user insights into elegant and actionable solutions.
• Expertise in design, mastering Figma, prototyping, Mixpanel, visual design, UX thinking, and attention to details.
• Proactive, adaptable, enjoys solving complex problems with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Mastery of French and English, both oral and written.
• Understanding of business challenges and translating them into UX opportunities, aligning design with business objectives.
• End-to-end experience in design project management, with a portfolio to share.
