Join leboncoin, a leading platform for buying and selling second-hand items. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for creating high-quality, intuitive, and consistent user experiences. You will work closely with product teams, developers, and other designers to ensure that designs meet quality standards, business objectives, and established design principles. You will be part of a dynamic team of more than 20 experienced designers and researchers.
Responsibilities
- Work within the Transactions Tribe
- Defend user-centered approach
- Contribute to product strategic orientations
- Work on multiple teams
- Collaborate with product owners
- Work with developers
- Explore problems and identify opportunities
- Supervise discovery process
- Facilitate framing activities
- Conduct user research and document analysis
- Integrate relevant data
- Select appropriate design activities
- Prepare and animate ideation workshops
- Design Proof of Concepts and tests
- Create high-quality user experiences
- Communicate design system needs
- Collaborate with visual designers
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as UX or Product Designer in agile tech environments, ideally marketplaces
- Ability to analyze and structure user transactional problems
- Strong collaboration skills with stakeholders
- Experience in designing products for multiple users and teams
- Ability to deliver data-driven recommendations
- Experience in prototyping and working with technical teams
- Knowledge of design trends, methods, and validation processes
- Ability to inspire and guide designers and researchers
- Excellent communication, presentation, and writing skills
- Operational English
