Principal Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Be expert in user research to really understand user needs
• Design intuitive solutions aligned with our product vision, refining prototypes through user feedback
• Establish UX/UI standards for consistent, high-quality design
• Mentor other product designers to support their professional growth

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, with a background in fast-growing startups or working on products with large-scale impact
• Experience leading design projects end-to-end, turning complex problems into simple and enjoyable solutions
• Proven track record of working efficiently across teams, managing challenging trade-offs, and delivering impactful product design solutions that drive business results
• Expert in design tools like Figma, with a solid understanding of prototyping and user testing
• Ability to lead by influence and inspire the whole design team to aim for exceptional design standards
• Mentoring experience, helping junior designers grow and develop their skills
