Responsibilities

• Conducting qualitative and quantitative user research
• Identifying conversion and engagement levers
• Formalizing product vision and co-animating ideation workshops
• Designing mobile-first user journeys and interfaces
• Producing clear UX deliverables
• Integrating accessibility standards and eco-responsible design
• Participating in RFP responses
• Defending design orientations
• Collaborating on creative supports
• Staying updated on digital trends and AI applications

Requirements

• > 7 years of UX design experience
• Significant experience in mobile and e-commerce projects
• Mastery of mobile UX design and omnichannel user journeys
• Proficiency in analytics tools (GA4, Contentsquare, Hotjar)
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (RGAA/WCAG)
• Eco-responsible design practices
• Interest in AI and its impact on design
• C1 level English
