Join Niji, a digital transformation partner. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating digital services and products, from user research to prototype creation. You will work closely with strategic, creative, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conception and realization of digital services and products
- Conducting user research, creating personas and user journeys
- Creating prototypes and mockups
- Evolving design practices and tools
- Mentoring junior designers
- Proposing data-driven recommendations
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in product design
- Portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product design
- Mastery of advanced design tools (Figma, tokenization)
- Experience in Retail and/or E-commerce
- Strong team collaboration skills
- Autonomy and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication skills
- Design System skills
- Interest in AI and augmented design
- C1 level English
