Join Niji, a digital transformation partner. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for understanding user needs, deploying ideation processes, and developing concepts. You will also carry out detailed design and design improvement. You must hold a Master's degree in ergonomics, cognitive psychology, or equivalent, and be proficient in tools such as Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe suite
Responsibilities
- Understand user needs (observations, interviews, focus groups).
- Deploy ideation processes and concept elaboration.
- Realize detailed design and improvement (user tests, A/B testing).
Requirements
- Master's degree in ergonomics, cognitive psychology, or equivalent around UX/UI design.
- Interest in understanding the 'why' before the 'how'.
- Regularly challenge knowledge on user behaviors, methodologies, and innovation.
- Attention to detail while managing global issues.
- Collaborative and positive work exchange.
- Knowledge of service design methodology.
- Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe suite.
