Join Niji, a digital transformation partner. As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating digital services and products, from user research to prototype creation. You will work closely with strategy, creative, and development teams.
Responsibilities
- Conception and realization of digital services and products in collaboration with strategy, creative, and development teams.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and user journeys to ensure a user-centered approach.
- Realize prototypes and mockups to validate and communicate ideas, producing digital services or products.
- Contribute to the evolution of design practices and tools within the agency.
- Mentor junior designers and share knowledge within the team.
- Propose data-driven recommendations.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital product design.
- Mastery of design tools (Figma mandatory).
- Experience working on e-commerce projects.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with other expertise areas.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas.
- Design System skills.
- Interest in AI, curiosity, and C1 level English.
