Lead UX Designer H/F

Join NEXTON, a dynamic and innovative company. As Lead UX Designer, you will be responsible for user research, designing innovative solutions, and producing high-fidelity interfaces. You will work closely with UI Designers, Product Owners, and Developers, while adopting an agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research to identify issues and real needs in an industrial BtoE context
• Facilitate ideation and co-construction workshops to design innovative solutions
• Produce high-fidelity interfaces respecting the Design System
• Ensure consistency of user journeys and visual interfaces across all products
• Define and support UX/UI standards for products
• Participate actively in project phases (Discovery, Zoom, Launch, Delivery, Run) and adapt to agile methods (SCRUM, Agile PM, SAFe, V/W cycle)
• Participate in bi-monthly exchange committees, monthly Design community meetings, and prepare presentation materials

Requirements

• Solid experience as a Lead Designer or significant experience in Product Design with leadership responsibilities
• Mastery of the entire design chain (research, UX, UI)
• Experience in complex and industrial environments
• Mastery of UX methods, user testing, and design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure...)
• Excellent teamwork skills in agile environments, analytical skills, rigor, and creativity
• Figma (including FigJam, DevMode if necessary)
• Digital accessibility standards
• Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
• Jira
• Confluence
• Klaxoon
• Miro
• Experience in BtoE context
• Proactivity and autonomy
