Join NEXTON, a dynamic company in Paris, as a Product Designer. You will be involved in all stages of design, from analyzing user needs to creating prototypes and visuals. You will work closely with Product Owners and developers in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Intervene at all stages of design, understanding user needs and expectations
- Conduct user experience workshops using methods like audits, experience mapping, card sorting
- Follow user journey data to formulate solution hypotheses and create wireframes
- Develop dynamic UX prototypes and test them with users
- Deliver visuals respecting the Design System, from Low-Fi to High-Fi, mastering graphic interface modeling software
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
- Knowledge of UX and UI methods
- Design Thinking expertise
- Curiosity and passion for market evolution, design trends, and technological novelties
- Mastery of interface design tools (Figma, Sketch, XD, Adobe suite)
- Communication and Agile teamwork skills
- Experience in BtoE context
