Join NEXTON, a dynamic company in full growth. As a Product Designer, you will work for a major energy sector player as part of a digital transformation program. You will be at the heart of the complete design methodology, working closely with Product Owners, developers, architects, and business specialists.
Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to identify real needs and operational constraints in an industrial context
- Facilitate ideation, co-design, or user testing workshops
- Design and prototype ergonomic and accessible interfaces, consistent with the Design System
- Create and maintain UX/UI deliverables: personas, user journeys, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes
- Participate in scoping, design, production tracking, and continuous improvement of digital products
- Measure and analyze product usage post-delivery to evolve products
Requirements
- Diploma in design, ergonomics, or UX
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Product Design or UX/UI design
- Mastery of the entire design chain (research, UX, UI)
- Experience in complex and industrial environments
- Mastery of Figma (including FigJam, DevMode)
- Knowledge of digital accessibility standards
- Agile methods (Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience in BtoE or industrial context (plus)
- Teamwork and communication skills
