Senior Product Designer (H/F)

Senior Product Designer at Frontguys, leading UX/UI design efforts, managing UX Designers, and creating user-centered digital products for clients and internally.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team (UI, UX, DA, PO, PM) and developer teams, often in agile frameworks.
• Understand the user: conduct user interviews, discovery sessions, design sprints, co-design workshops, ideation workshops, empathy maps, user flows, service blueprints, Job to be done, etc.
• Propose and implement design/realization processes, coordinating roles, users, and product teams.
• Advocate for UX within internal teams and manage UX Designers.
• Structure information architecture and build user journeys in the form of flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Conduct usability and functional audits.
• Measure UX: track modifications and measure their effectiveness.
• Propose and implement design/realization processes, coordinating design and front-end development teams.
• Propose and control a technical and aesthetic nomenclature (format, font size, color, etc.) and ensure visual consistency with the user journey.
• Design interfaces, micro-interactions, mobile and desktop components (Atomic Design).
• Create, use, modify, and maintain a Design System or component library in close collaboration with front-end developers.
• Design prototypes and conduct usability tests (panel, protocol, logistics, restitutions, and recommendations).
• Participate actively in tenders, internal projects, and the company's overall evolution.

Requirements

• 7 years of experience in a similar role in an agency or freelance.
• Strong web and graphic culture.
• Mastery of UX Design tools: Figma, Figjam, Miro, Mural, Maze, Notion, Jira, Confluence, etc.
• Team-player, curious, innovative, and able to handle urgent files.
• Ability to present and defend ideas to clients.
• Autonomy, empathy, listening, critical, and analytical mindset.
• Motivated and positive, with great attention to detail.
• English proficiency is a plus.
