Senior UX DESIGNER H/F

Join NEXTON, a dynamic company in full growth. As a Senior UX Designer, you will be at the heart of innovation and creating exceptional user experiences. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and participate in all stages of Design Thinking.

Responsibilities

• Intervene in all key steps of Design Thinking, from empathy to testing.
• Frame the client's needs by defining the project and its objectives.
• Conduct research to understand and better understand users, including audits of existing interfaces, focus groups, and analysis of user expectations.
• Set up a benchmark to conduct competitive analysis.
• Engage project stakeholders through ideation and co-design workshops, creating solution hypotheses and user journeys.
• Intervene at the prototyping stage, defining information architecture, creating zoning, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
• Follow user tests (qualitative/quantitative), defining objectives and protocols, and restitute results with interface improvement proposals.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience as a UX Designer.
• Passion for observing market evolution, design trends, and technological advancements.
• Mastery of tools like Figma, Sketch, XD, Axure.
• Knowledge of UX methodologies and principles of ergonomics.
• Ability to communicate and work in an agile mode with different teams and services.
