Orus, an expanding European insurtech, is looking for a Product Designer in Paris. The role involves user research, UX exploration, and design to create innovative and user-centered products.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth user research via product discovery (user research, benchmarking)
- Organize brainstorming or ideation sessions with project teams
- Collaborate on structuring a discovery process to advocate for user voice
- Design product experiences, intuitive and functional interfaces
- Conduct user tests to gather valuable feedback and continuously improve user experience
- Deliver high-quality handoff files with attention to detail and execution
- Contribute to evolving the Design System by developing new components
- Participate in evolving visual identity via website and branding
- Follow design trends and maintain expertise in best practices
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Organized, autonomous, collaborative, rigorous, and curious
- User-centered approach to understanding needs and problems
- Experience using data from analytics tools to support hypotheses
- Excellent relational skills for communicating with stakeholders
- Excellence in using design and prototyping tools (Figma, Loveable, V0)
- Continuous learning mindset
