Senior Product Designer

Join Payhawk, a leading global spend management solution for scaling businesses. As a Senior Product Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping seamless Payhawk experiences, collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and customer specialists. This is an on-site position in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout all stages in bringing new product features – from discovery to delivery.
• Develop exceptional UX aligned to customer needs and business objectives.
• Conceptualise end-to-end user flows, from rapid prototypes to pixel-perfect design.
• Identify opportunities through research and drive impactful recommendations.
• Contribute to the evolution of our design system, ensuring consistency and continuity.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Product, UX, or Interaction Design role.
• A portfolio with at least one use case showcasing your end-to-end design process.
• Passion for tackling complex challenges and crafting intuitive experiences.
• Excellent skills in interaction design, visual design, and user research.
• Experience on both web and mobile platforms.
• Adept at navigating and prioritising work in a rapidly-changing startup environment.
• Collaborative team player who can also drive projects independently when needed.
• Proficiency with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD.
• B2B or SaaS experience is a plus.
