Product Designer

Join Tangity, a global network of strategy, creativity, and design studios. As a Product Designer, you will work on designing world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces. You will be part of a cross-functional design team and will be involved in every stage of the design process, from research to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design world-class app experiences and beautifully crafted interfaces
• Work on every stage of the design process from research to delivery
• Organize cross-functional teams or squads
• Help prep workshops and co-facilitate them
• Conduct user testing and UX research
• Create first-class final designs
• Ensure clean dev handover

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products for web and mobile platforms
• Passion for digital design and latest trends
• Strong visual skills, creative thinking, and design background
• Detail-oriented, striving for quality and consistency
• Strong portfolio with web and mobile experience
• Proficiency with UX/UI design tools (Figma, Sketch, Framer X, XD)
• Ability to create prototypes to explain and sell work
• Understanding of the design process from start to finish
• Comfortable splitting skills between UX (60%) and UI (40%)
• Passion for analyzing data to make informed design decisions
• Good client and stakeholder relationship skills
