Senior Product Designer

Rejoins Mozza, une agence française innovante spécialisée dans la création de produits tech impactants. En tant que Senior Product Designer, tu seras au cœur de la conception des produits de demain, en collaboration avec des freelances experts. Tu piloteras des projets en autonomie, détecteras des opportunités commerciales et contribueras aux initiatives de Mozza.

Responsibilities

• Understand users, their context, pains, and usage
• Design fluid, simple, and impactful user journeys (UX & UI)
• Test and iterate based on regular user feedback
• Set up or evolve consistent and maintainable design systems
• Pilot projects autonomously: frame needs with stakeholders, prioritize features, follow delivery, and link with the client
• Detect opportunities and participate in commercial proposals
• Contribute to Mozza initiatives (Mozza Angels, Mozza Bytes, etc.)

Requirements

• Master's Degree
• 3 to 6 years of experience as a product designer in a CDI role
• Experience in a startup or scale-up in the French Tech ecosystem
• Passionate about the tech world and contributing to innovative products
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable framing, explaining, advancing, and engaging teams and clients
• Rigorous, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects in parallel
• Curious about new interfaces and IA-related usages
