UX Designer

Join our team as a UX Designer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping user-focused experiences for our platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, conduct user research and testing, develop high-fidelity designs, improve navigation and user journeys, and contribute to the evolution of our design system. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in UX/UI design or a related field, 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design, and proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver user-centered solutions
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Gather and analyze user feedback through interviews, surveys, and usability tests
• Translate concepts into detailed UI designs
• Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
• Optimize user flows and navigation
• Leverage analytics and user behavior data to refine experiences
• Maintain and contribute to the evolution of the design system

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or a related field
• 2-4 years of professional experience in UX design with a focus on creating intuitive digital products
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Solid portfolio showcasing experience in wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity design
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive design principles
